Vibecast started as a collective of DJs, producers and engineers building club nights in Copenhagen. Today we produce events end to end: sound, DJs, lighting and catering from one in-house team, for 30-guest dinners up to 500-capacity productions. One brief, one timeline, one point of contact.

Questions, answered.
How much does event production cost?
Equipment rental starts at 795 DKK and speaker + DJ packages at 1,895 DKK. DJ service is from 1,200 DKK per hour (4-hour minimum). Full productions with crew and catering are quoted individually.
Can I rent sound and DJ equipment without full production?
Yes. Standalone PA and DJ equipment rental is available, with delivery, setup and technical support on request.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak season, 6 to 12 weeks is recommended. Smaller events and rental-only requests can often be arranged faster.
Do you work outside Copenhagen?
Yes. Vibecast works across Greater Copenhagen, Zealand and selected locations across Denmark.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work in English and Danish with companies, agencies, embassies and visiting brands.
