Q: Do I need to know my budget before contacting you? No. A budget range helps us shape the proposal faster, but if you're still scoping the event, just tell us what you're trying to achieve and we'll suggest realistic options at different price points.
Q: Can I book Vibecast for last-minute events? Yes, where capacity allows. For events within the next 7 days, please call +45 71 33 66 41 rather than emailing — it's significantly faster.
Q: Do you produce events outside Copenhagen? Regularly. We cover Greater Copenhagen, and we've produced one-off events internationally for Danish brands abroad.
Q: Can we see the rental inventory or taste the catering before booking? Absolutely. Both are available by appointment at our Copenhagen Ø base. Email or call to arrange.
