OUR STORY

How Vibecast started

Vibecast started as a music collective in Copenhagen — a small group of DJs, producers and engineers building club nights and label releases in the city's electronic scene. The events grew. Brands started asking us to produce private parties. Friends asked us to handle weddings. Companies asked if we could feed their guests as well.

Rather than refer those clients out to separate caterers, AV companies and DJ agencies, we built the capability in-house. Today, Vibecast operates as a fully integrated event production company in Copenhagen, with a record label, a catering kitchen and a rental warehouse all under the same roof — and the same creative direction.

We're still the same collective at the core: music-led, atmosphere-obsessed, and built on the belief that a great event is engineered, not improvised.

Atmosphere is a craft

Sound levels, lighting, food timing, set selection — none of it is decoration. Atmosphere is built deliberately, the same way a producer builds a track.
That's the lens we bring to every event.

One team beats five suppliers

Most event problems happen in the gaps between vendors. By running production, sound, DJs and catering in-house, we close those gaps.
Fewer suppliers, fewer handovers, fewer failure points.

Music-first, always

We come from the club. Even at a corporate gala, we treat the music programme with the same care we'd give a label release. It's what separates a good event from one people remember.

Transparent, no theatre
