Common questions
Booking ROPO
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, especially for December, when Christmas party dates fill up first. For other events a few weeks’ notice is usually enough, and the earlier you confirm, the more flexible we can be on timing and setup.
Can we send song requests in advance?
Yes. A request list or a few reference tracks helps ROPO plan the night, and requests from the floor are worked into the set where they fit.
What does ROPO need from the venue?
A power outlet near the setup area and enough space for the booth and speakers. Exact space and setup time depend on the package you book; we confirm the details once we know your venue.
What happens if ROPO is sick on the day?
We tell you as early as possible and work with you on the best solution for your event. It is worth talking through when you book, especially for a date that cannot move.
How much does it cost to book ROPO?
DJ service is from 1,200 DKK per hour, or 1,495 DKK per hour for corporate events and weddings, with a 4-hour minimum. Sound systems start at 795 DKK including stands and cables. Send your date and guest count for an exact quote.
